Thanks to all the info contained in the forums, everything went as planned with using the PSII HC with turbo48 sugar wash. My only question is that my distillate came out cool to the touch. I've read so much about distillate being too hot. I'm using well water to cool. Is it possible to cool the condenser too much? The run ranged from 90-93%

"One more question:
The PSII HC has no output valve so one can just pinch the hose to perform 100% reflux? On a safety note, wouldn't this build up pressure with no vent?
Should I not block the distillate at first, just let it go from the start?
Most of what I read instructs to keep output closed for 30 mins then open to a few drips per second. I'm confused on this issue because shouldn't the PSII HC have a valve is this be true?"
