"Hi all, and thanks for the concern. I am presently liveing at my daughters house babysitting her 30 month old daughter. She works, leave the house, till return, 12 hours on average, 6 days a week, as she has to also drive her husband to work and pick him up. Sometimes my grandson too.

Anyhow, this weekend, I went up to my house, high up the mountain. where they won't even deliver mail, and ran 2 runs of my no cook oats. Tight cuts, and a fantastic result. This I will keep as a white, as its superb. Put 2# pf oats back in with 1.5 gal. of backset, on the same yeast (distillers with AG) and it took off like a turbo. Have another oats ready to run, and 2 wheat germ batches, which for those of you in a hurry is the fastest fermenting brew of all, and a really special and uniqe whiskey that doesn't need ageing to be enjoyable.

Then, I have 6 neutrals ready for next weekend.

These are the first brews and runs I have made in 8 or 9 months, so am makeing up for lost time.

Looking forward to starting some Millet whiskey, which is by far the best aged whiskey of all grains.

I'll be in touch as oft as I can.
