"You'll need turbo yeast with AG to ferment grains. I don't agree that it tastes bad. I get only compliments on my final products."

In my opinion you dont ---- need --- Turbo to do all grain mashes. I do AG mashes in beer all the time and dont use Turbo Yeast. With that said, I have used them but chose to use distillers yeast at this time. Thats just me.

I say that because the package says so. Obviously you don't have to use turbo yeast for grain mashes."

""Taste"" is relevant........... If you like it and are happy with the results use it. I have used Turbo Yeast in the past and it produced off taste. in the distillate." |
