First order to brewhaus. Got email confirmation but now no response to e mail questions. No answer when phoned. Is this a typical response. Currently using homemade equipment and wanted to step up

I think they are a little behind due to a move. Got an e mail from them that stated it would ship soon. The company has a good rep so I'm not worried. They seem to be real helpful.

"Its not only brewhaus. All postal deliverys arelagging. I have some items on order from diferent supplyers and waiting over 2 weeks for them.
Be less anxious. :)"

Be less anxious. :) This isn't about slow shipping..this is about communicating with a paying customer...if there is a delay...give me the heads up...I travel allot...and need to know when I will receive a package...so I can schedule accordingly or make other arrangements...it would be much appreciated on my end... BTW...I ordered from two different brew house suppliers in Texas this week and they both shipped same day and I already received my goods...I guess they didn't get the memo on shipping delays...and...they earned my repeat business..."

I appreciate the support. It is very difficult for us to keep up (catch up) during the busiest part of the year for us, with the immense amount of time that it takes to move and reorganize an entire warehouse. :)

I placed a large order on 29 DEC, just prior to the move and had similar concerns as a first time customer. But everything got here just fine -- it just took a tad longer than I expected. And once I had a chance to inspect everything I was impressed with the quality. Try not to get a sour taste in your mouth ... I'm sure you'll be just as satisfied once your stuff arrives. plus due to moonshiners tv show all of these companys are swamped i placed an order the 28th with mile high distilling and they said like a week ago its probably going to ship monday
