curtsat..try all those things you mentioned in your hooch. Thats where the real smoothing and flavor addition will come into play, you know after you still and when your letting it sit and age a bit try adding all those goodies there. I think they will carryover somewhat in the wash but in my opinion the finished product is where the goodies will shine.
