Help. I have my fourth wash going. Molasses, brown sugar etc.I guess it is going great. I came home, tsook a reading, went to write it in my notebook with all the other washes info and the War Dept. had cleaned house and "accidentally thrown my notes away. Public canning? put her out to pasture? If I had any wits I would be at there end. Oh well guess i will just have a dram or two and get over it.

Now back to the secondary inquiry of how to deal with obstinate ladies..Have you tried whipping her with a wet cotton rope..then putting Merthiolate on the red marks? That can really smart and give them a memory jogger on how to follow instructions next time. Or so I heard. Keeps us posted. Thanks.
