gettin started in the still ventures. Already do wine beer, cider wantin to expand. Have done some simple wash and want to get into something more to my style of Rum and Whiskey

Have a reflux for the initial strip. Then run a second strip taking off head. Keep that for my truck. Usually around 170 to 180 second run. Am working on a 7.5 gallon pot still for more refined strip. Simple sugar wash/ white sugar. Did one with brown/white sugar liked the resullts. Want to try for rum, but can only get feed grade molassis. I have not done a all grain yet. Not set up with the equipment
