I would like to run my wine through my still, any tips on this? Is this possible?

Sure is.. As long as you have successfully ran your still before you should know the process.. Nothing changes. Distilling wine is actually how brandy is made. The outcome will all depend on the type of wine your running.

How big is the boiler..looks like 40gallons or so???

Man thats alotta wine to cook all at once. It is very old, handed down thru the family. It's in like new condition & the worm is in the big container, nicely wound too. I guess it would be around a 40 gal. unit. I would like to get a 10 gal. set up, more controllable. I'll work on some photos.

Hi Heeler, how much Brandy could I expect if I cooked a 40 gal. batch of wine?
