What is the lowest temp that corn will ferment? My basement is around 68 to 72 this time of the year and my mash seems to be working slow, do I need to turn on some heat? RCM

That's going to depend on your yeast. What are you using?

Ahhh ... I've never used that ... it's the stuff that's supposed to work in the 90 F neighborhood. I'm not sure how low you can take it. Maybe someone here that has some actual experience with it can comment?
