What is the lowest temp that corn will ferment? My basement is around 68 to 72 this time of the year and my mash seems to be working slow, do I need to turn on some heat? RCM

Quote:I`m using super start distillers yeast. Ahhh ... I've never used that ... it's the stuff that's supposed to work in the 90 F neighborhood. I'm not sure how low you can take it. Maybe someone here that has some actual experience with it can comment?
