I am attempting my first batch of mash using cracked corn. I want to add molasis, so do I do this when cooking the mash or when I add the sugar?

being new you should use a tried and true recipe where you won't go to the pitfalls others have been. There are many to choose from

I agree with DD. however seeing as how you chose this recipe I would put sugar in then molasses right after.
