I work at the local homebrew shop which helps be fuel the hobby. I recently purchased a PSII with a gin basket, waiting for her to come in the mail. Hoping to run some simple shine for the first couple of tries and then get into developing a gin recipe. Cheers, Gabriel"

Gin is an intriguing idea and definitely want to try it. So rather than fashioning a basket later down the road figured I'd just buy the thing. Thank you, I'll probably have a few questions after my first run. I generally like to jump in head first on projects like this and make a few mistakes.
