"Spent yesterday in the kitchen boiling molasses and brown sugar for my biggest batch of wash so far. :)
Got 45 gallons of wash fermenting out as we speak.

Awesome... reminds me of my maple rum batch. The 8 5-gallon buckets (& carboys) were maple rum, the 10 gallon in the back is wheated bourbon fermenting on the grains, and the little 3 gal in the front was a citrus beer. That was a busy week.
