"I made a Gerber wash today. I checked on it about 20 minutes later and there was already pressure in the airlock, oh cool I thought. Then an hour and half later I went to check again and this is what I found. This thing is kickin....................... I used 3 envelopes of bakers yeast and a spoon full of DADY yeast, my wash 85F when the yeast was added and I'm thinkin that's the reason for the machine gun ferment. Anyway just wanted to share.
