Its pretty self explanatory. Crank up as much heat as you can to quickly rip out the alcohol; up to the point where you can't keep the temp under control at the top.

If you run it too hot, the condensor will not be able to keep up with the amount of vapor, and you will see the vapor comming out the condensor.

You dont want to run too hot for 2 reasons.Your mash can foam up and puke into your column,and get in your booze,and when you run too hard{hot} you mix the heads and tails together throughout the run,and dont get good seperation.There shouldnt be any vapor excaping from your condencer.
