"What is the purpose of stripping run? Is it safer to drink? Why would you spend the time for stripping runs? Can't I just do 1 run it seems to taste ok??
I am using reflux still. Please help"

You can do 1 run but wil get a better product by using the stripping method first and be able to make your cuts easier as they will be more defined.

I am also very new and usually stay on the side but this 1 I know the answer to. I know everyone here has a life so I actually cant wait to get more experience to help others as some questions dont get answered to fast, I have lots of spare time at night and a laptop so I sit here with my family and help many others with wine questions as a moderator, hopefully soon I cando the same here but most of the time Im the one with the questions on this site!

"another benefit is you can use 1 tbs of baking soda (per gallon) in your spirit run and get a cleaner product.
