Great forum great people have been a member for over a year and can not tell you how much you have helped me. Thanks. I am in the last stages before first run, I bought a 1 HP sump pump and now think it's way too much pump. What do most of you guys use?

I use the one Brewhaus sells now. It works fine.

ditto-- i use mine to transfer or mostly to empty my boiler-- i have unlimited water at this time.

Was about 60 bucks i think. Brewhaus pump would not lift the water for me...................." |

'new' pump from brewhaus works quite well no issues usin it on my hc unit, altho the 'old' pump is quite feeble and needs to be put up on something high to get it working.

For pumping chill water I got a sump pump from Harbor Freight for $35 on sale. I just put it in an ice chest and circulate. This is for my beer making but will probably also be used for my new hobby too. For pumping my boiling wort I use a March pump designed for those temps, $130. My Brewhaus complete system has not arrived yet.
