Hello.
I am new to whiskey making.
I made a mash using Ian Smiley,s whiskey recipe.
I used Gert Strands Prestige WD Wheskey yeast.
I followed all of Smileys guide lines.
The problem if it is a problem is that the mash after straining is not clearing it has been four days.
I did siphon this off to a 2nd bucket and had a few inches of yest on the bottom.
The liquid is a yellowish colour and is still cloudy looking.
Should I distill this or use a clearing agent or let it set longer
