"IMO, the trick is to put yourself in position to be able to run a wash at any given point during the week.

Rack your wash and it will keep just fine till your ready to run it.

Get some drinkin stock built up and you won't have to be in a rush."

"I'm new as well, looking forward to my first run Saturday morning. Sugar wash is fermenting well, should be ready for clear by Friday morning...
