"There are many points that we learn as being one of the most impotrant ways of produceng a wash that is ready to distill

I like to thonk that yeast anything related to yeast is the heart of producing good stuff.
type
temperature
proper nutrients
actually a well designed wort

I go to extremes to baby my yeast. i use heating pads with remote thermomters

Getting the yeast to a strong healthy state is a good way ro start.
I have been using a 24 hour wort based starter bottle for some timenow.
I have read a few books on yeast, And if i remember correctly Rojette, like to keep the yeast stirring doring the 24 hour period

YAA YAA ALL THAT YACKING JUST TO SHOW YALL THIS GADJET

meh - screw it. Yeast is cheap just pitch until it works. I usually pitch twice, once at the start & more when I juice the load with extra sugar.
