"Well u can make a neutral ( sugar likker) and then add that to your base juice and call that applepie. You can add sugar and some yeast nutrients to your juice ferment that - distill it and you've got apple brandy. Look through the recipe section."

I fermented and distilled it, and it really retained the apple flavor. I guess you'd call it apple brandy or applejack. I diluted it to 70 proof, and I think it's good.
