Took about a month to get mine. In fact, I canceled the oder because of the long time to ship and then reinstated it because there just ain't nothing better out there.
Be patient, good things come to he who waits.

I ordered mine 1/10/13 and am still waiting. From my understanding they make a quality product so its worth the wait...its hard to sit on your hands.

The 15g kettles are on back order until 4/30/13. The factory where they get the 15g kettles from close down for the month of Feb. that's why the long delay. Captinjack

Dang, wish they'd put that on the site. I guess I've gone this long without one, I can wait another couple months more. All my fermenters are full of beer and wineanyway.

i ordered my pot still with 8 gallon premium kettle on 1-9-13 and site said 10-14 days ship delay. i received a call on friday and they are shipping it on monday. its been a long wait but its worth it for quality.

You also get to wait extra time when they drop your colum and dent it....just got that call about a hour ago.....errr!!

Chooch- I am sorry about the mishap. I do not know who in the warehouse damaged the column (and, of course, it had to happen to a custom job AFTER it was completed). While the damage was extremely minor, we are also very particular and take pride in our equipment. I am glad that we were able to build another and only cause one extra day delay.

C'mon... Really...!!" but Brewhaus came through for me in un-expected ways. As I have already said " You have a life long customer now " ! Yeah if its gonna happen it will happen on the special orders LOL. Thanks again to the Brewhaus Crew :)
