awesome forum, lots of info, seems to be a bunch of friendly folks. I'm really looking forward to learning from doing and asking questions. I have made wine for awhile. I want to make a product that challenges the commercial stuff. If its not pleasant to drink what's the point right? Cheers!

Welcome Teddy, Got any equipment yet? Being able to ferment wine/beer is a great first step. Ask away. There are a lot of smart folks here. I'm not one of them but I'm learning. the three most important words to begin is "read read read".
Have fun and be safe.
