Peter Busch of Busch distributors in Florida is the $$$$ behind Tim and he is buying the rights to Tim's likker, and paying the Limestone Branch distillery to distill Tim's likker. I know it's still just TV but since I know and live down the road from Pete it kinda brings it all back home......

I don't know if you read the other articles on there about craft distilling and out sourcing a raw distilled spirit to help other distilleries or not but I thought that was interesting as well. So basically for $25,000 you could start your own label and buy raw (clear spirit) from a licensed distillery to bottle and sell as your own. it's basically marketing at that point. I've been out of the loop on bourbon for a while. But i do believe the tv shows and movies have re-kindled the flame of moonshining for many folks.
