I even run my finished product through a filter and it still has a great rum flavor. 25L rum recipe 16 LBs Dark Brown Sugar 6.5 gallons of filtered water 1 12 oz bottle unsulfered molassas 1 pack of Mile-Hi Turbo-48 Let it sit in primary fermentor for a week to eight days then clearify in a secondary for three days. Distill How's that for simple. Works great, tastes great. Enjoy! Cheers!
