Hello from Eleuthera. I just joined. Haven't started distilling yet, but have a fair amount of fermenting experience. Lots of fruit hereabouts and I figure I'll be distilling lots of fermented fruit. I have 6 gallons of pineapple wine ready to go as soon as I get my still setup and prepped. Best, WhiskyTango
